▶ 드림씨어터 선예매 : 2024년 08월 21일(수) 16:00 (KST) ~ 08월 22일(목) 09:00(KST)
- 드림씨어터 선예매는 드림씨어터 사이트에 회원가입 하신분에 한하여 회당 1인 1매 예매 가능합니다.
- 드림씨어터 사이트에 회원 가입하면 자동으로 드림회원 자격이 주어집니다.
- 드림씨어터 선예매/일반예매로 예매하신 분들은 아티스트 초상 지류 티켓이 아닌 드림씨어터 전용티켓(일반지류티켓)으로 제공됩니다.
▶ 일반 예매
: 2024년 08월 22일(목) 20:00 (KST) ~
- 일반 예매는 회차당 1인 2매(선예매 매수 포함)까지 예매 가능합니다.
- 일반 예매는 드림씨어터 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한 해 진행되며, 드림씨어터 선예매 시 매진될 경우 일반 예매 오픈 시에 예매 가능한 좌석이 없을 수 있습니다.
▶ 휠체어석 예매
- 휠체어석 구매는 08월 21일(수) 오후 4시부터 드림씨어터 고객센터 전화 예매로 구매 가능합니다.

- 공연 당일 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드)과 본인 신분증(실물) 확인 후 티켓 수령이 이루어지며, 미지참 시 예매자 및 동반 1인도 입장이 불가합니다.
- 지정된 증빙 미지참에 대한 책임은 전적으로 본인에게 있으며, 확인 불가 사유로 인한 티켓은 당일 환불이 불가합니다.
- 휠체어석 예매 티켓은 현장 수령만 가능하며 구매자 본인 티켓 수령을 원칙으로 하고 있습니다.
(*대리 수령 및 양도는 불가합니다.)
[티켓 예매 유의사항]
- 예매를 위해 드림씨어터(https://www.dreamtheatre.co.kr)에 가입이 되어 있어야 하며, 본인인증(휴대폰 또는 I-PIN 인증)을 한 경우에만 예매 가능합니다.
- 반드시 공연을 관람할 본인의 이름으로 예매하여 주시기 바라며, 관람자 본인의 여러 개의 ID로 회당 1인 2매 초과 예매 시 부정 예매로 간주합니다.
- 본 공연은 전석 지정좌석제이며 공식 예매처인 드림씨어터를 통해서 예매 가능합니다.
- 본 공연은 드림씨어터 선예매와 일반예매로 나누어 진행되며, 드림씨어터 선예매는 08월 21일(수)에 드림씨어터 홈페이지에서만 가능합니다.
- 본 공연은 안심 예매 서비스가 적용됩니다. 예매에 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.
- 티켓의 변경/취소/환불은 정해진 기간 내에 예매하신 공식 예매처에서만 가능하며, 공연 당일 변경 및 환불이 불가합니다.
- 원활한 예매 진행을 위해 티켓 구매 시 무통장 입금 결제는 제한됩니다. 티켓 불법 양도, 암표 근절 및 티켓을 구입하고 싶어 하시는 관객분들에게 피해가 되지 않도록 조치를 취하는 것이니, 이 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
- 만 7세 미만의 미취학아동은 보호자 동반 시에도 입장이 불가하오니 양해 부탁드립니다.

▶ Dream Theatre presale
1) Dream Theatre presale : Wednesday, August 21, 2024, 16:00 – August 22, 2024, 09:00 (KST)
- Dream Theatre presale is available only for registered Dream Theatre website members, with a limit of 1 ticket per event.
- Registering on the Dream Theatre website automatically grants Dream membership status.
- Tickets purchased through Dream Theatre presale/general ticket sales will be provided as Dream Theatre tickets (regular paper tickets), not artist portrait tickets.
▶ General Sale
1) General Sale : Thursday, August 22, 2024, 20:00 - (KST)
- General ticketing is limited to two tickets per person per event (including presale purchases).
- General ticket sales are limited to the remaining seats after the Dream Theatre Presale, and if it sells out, there may be no seats available when general sales begin.
▶ Wheelchair Seat Reservation
- Wheelchair seats can only be reserved by phone through the Dream Theatre Customer Center from Wednesday, August 21 at 4 p.m., so please contact them during operating hours.

- Tickets will be issued on the concert day upon presenting the disability registration card (or welfare card) and a hard copy of the purchaser’s ID. If these are not presented, entry will be denied for both the ticket purchaser and their companion.
- Failure to provide the required verification documents is the sole responsibility of the purchaser, and ticket refunds on the day of the event due to verification issues are not possible.
- Wheelchair seat tickets can only be picked up on-site, and the tickets can only be picked up by the purchaser in person.
(*Proxy pickup and transfers are not allowed.)
[Ticket Reservation Precautions]
- To make a purchase, you must be registered with Dream Theatre(https://www.dreamtheatre.co.kr) and have completed identity verification (mobile or I-PIN).
- Tickets must be booked under the name of the person who will attend the performance. Booking more than 2 tickets per event using multiple IDs will be considered fraudulent.
- This is a reserved-seating performance, and tickets can be purchased through the official ticketing platform Dream Theatre.
- The performance has both Dream Theatre presale and general ticket sales. Dream Theatre presale is only available on the Dream Theatre website on August 21 (Wed).
- Please note that reCAPTCHA security service is applied when you reserve tickets for this performance.
- Ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds are only possible within the designated period and through the original ticketing platform. Changes and refunds are not possible on the day of the performance.
- To ensure a smooth ticketing process, we will not accept direct deposit payments. We ask for your understanding, as this measure is to prevent illegal ticket transfers and sales and to avoid inconvenience for those purchasing tickets.
- Children under the age of 7 are not allowed to attend, even with a guardian.

- ドリームシアターサイトに会員登録と同時にドリーム会員の資格が付与されます。
- ドリームシアター先行予約/一般予約でご購入された方にはアーティストの肖像入り紙チケットではなくドリームシアターチケット(一般の紙チケット)をご提供しております。

- 一般販売は、1公演につき2枚(先行販売を含む)まで購入可能です。
- 一般販売は ドリームシアター先行販売後の残席のみとなり、ドリームシアター先行販売時に完売した場合は、一般予約の開始時に購入可能な座席が無い場合もあります。
▶ 車椅子席販売
- 車椅子席の購入は8月21日(水) 午前4時からドリームシアターサービスセンターを通して、電話でのみご購入いただけます。営業時間内にお問い合わせください。

- 公演当日に障害者登録カード（または福祉カード）と身分証明書（実物）を確認後、チケットの受け渡しを行います。 上記の書類を未提示の場合、購入者と同伴者1名も入場できません。
- 指定された証明書類をお持ちでない場合の責任はすべてご本人にあり、本人確認ができなかったことによる当日のチケット払い戻しはできません。
- ご予約された車椅子席のチケットは、会場でのお受け取りのみとなります。購入者ご本人によるお受け取りを原則とさせていただきます。

- チケットの変更・キャンセル・払い戻しは、決められた期間内にご予約された公式販売元でのみお手続き可能です。公演当日の変更・払い戻しはできません。
- 予約をスムーズに行うため、振り込み決済は行っておりません。チケットの不正譲渡、チケットの転売等、チケット購入希望の方々への配慮のためですのでご了承ください。
